Volunteer Information

Please arrive [where ?] by 4:45pm so that we can leave the box office at 5pm. We want to make sure we have time to head into Moda Center before doors open to fans at 5:30, since that can cause some challenges.

Everyone 12 and older needs proof of a negative COVID test result within 72 hours or vaccination card (photo is fine). This will be checked before you can enter the building.

All minors need a waiver signed by a guardian in advance – or their guardian can sign on-site if they’re volunteering too.

No bags, please! Only clutches smaller than 5” x 8” or medical/children’s bags are allowed in the building (and they are strict about it). Larger bags will have to be checked outside. The line to pick bags up after the game last time was 50+ people, so you’ll want to avoid bag check as much as possible.
