What Is the Black Student Success Summit?
The Black Student Success Summit (BSSS) is BEAM Village’s signature annual event bringing together Black middle and high school students, families, educators, and community partners for a day of learning, celebration, and connection. Rooted in culture and powered by community, the Summit creates a space where Black students are seen, supported, and surrounded by people who believe in their brilliance.
Students engage in hands-on workshops, explore college and career pathways, meet Black professionals across industries, and build the leadership skills needed to navigate their futures with confidence and clarity.
