10th Annual Black Student Success Summit

VOLUNTEER Registration

Thank you for volunteering at the 2024 Black Student Success Summit!

The organizers are requesting help with:

Setup: Help setup program area, workshop spaces, registration, vendor area, tables, and chairs.  

7:00 am - 9:00 am

Guides/Hall Monitors: Help direct “traffic”, guide students to program areas, and workshop spaces.  

8:00 am - 12:00 pm (AM Workshops)

11:30am – 1:00pm (Career/College Fair)

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm (PM Workshops)

Workshop/Fair Moderators: Sit in on workshops and vendor spaces to assist presenters/vendors. Distribute handouts, keep time and attendance, facilitate Q&A and/or introduce speakers.

9:30 am - 12:00 pm

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Cleanup: Help cleanup program area, workshop spaces, registration, vendor area, tables, and chairs. 

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

When: April 20, 2024

Where: PSU Smith Center 1825 SW Broadway
