10th Annual Black Student Success Summit

TABLING Registration

BEAM is excited to present the 10th Annual Black Student Success Summit (BSSS), happening April 20,2024 at Portland State University Smith Center, and we would like to invite you to table the day of the event.

Address: 1825 SW Broadway, Portland OR 97201

Table Location: Smith Ballroom

Table Setup: 6ft table with two chairs

Setup: 9:45am.

You can setup your table after the opening program and students begin attending morning workshops.

Tabling: 11:30am – 1:30pm

Tabling will happen during the lunch hour. You are welcome to stay after lunch as students will return to the ballroom at the end of the workshops.
